Return and exchange request

Return process:

If the product you receive has significant defects, does not match the content stipulated in the sales/service contract, has other quality issues, or violates relevant laws or government regulations, you can apply for a return. The specific return process is as follows:

1. Find products in my order

2. Click to return the product

3. Choose the reason for return, refund method, and return method

Please supplement the pick-up and customs clearance information within 48 hours according to the prompts and send the goods back

After receiving the goods and confirming them, we will process the refund in the mall warehouse. We will refund the payment to your original payment account within 3-10 working days.

Exchange process:

1. Enter the online return and exchange center and click on 'Return or Exchange Product'.

2. Find the order you need to return and click 'Return or exchange a product from this order'.

Tip: If you cannot find the order you need, please click on 'Search' from the more information.

 【Select the product you want to return and exchange, and select 'Return Reason' from the menu. We will create an exchange order for you with the same shipping method as your previous order. If your address does not support door-to-door exchange, please return the original product to the return or exchange mailing address. You need to return the goods from the original order within 30 days.

When you need to exchange goods, the default exchange address is your delivery address, and we cannot provide you with a replacement address service. Exchange is for the same product (replacement of different models of the same product is not supported).
